Plot Summary

Jaidev Varma (Aftab Shivdasani) is a poet who lives in Shimla. He is depressed and lonely after the death of his sister Karuna (Vidya Malvade). He finds solace in writing letters to his fan Smriti (Tia Bajpai), who lives in Kolkata. He does not know her face or name, but he feels a strong connection with her. One day, he receives a letter from Smriti saying that she is coming to meet him. He is overjoyed and prepares to welcome her.

However, things take a dark turn when he finds Smriti unconscious on the road. He takes her to his house and calls a doctor. The doctor tells him that Smriti is suffering from amnesia and does not remember anything about her past. Jaidev decides to take care of her until she recovers her memory. He also hopes to confess his love to her.

Meanwhile, Smriti starts experiencing strange and terrifying visions of a ghostly woman who claims to be her sister. She also hears voices and sees blood on the walls. She realizes that she is possessed by an evil spirit who wants to kill her and Jaidev. She tries to warn Jaidev, but he does not believe her.

Jaidev decides to save Smriti from Sangeeta's wrath. He travels to Kolkata with Amar and finds the amulet in Smriti's house. He also meets Smriti's parents, who are shocked to see him. They tell him that Smriti had run away from home after they refused to accept her marriage with Amar.

Jaidev returns to Shimla with the amulet and confronts Sangeeta's spirit. He manages to free Smriti from her possession by using the amulet and his love for her. He also forgives Sangeeta for her sins and asks her to rest in peace. Sangeeta's spirit disappears and Jaidev and Smriti embrace each other.
